Since 2008, Joshua has led the choral program at Kansas State University, building choirs recognized nationally for their warmth, precision, and adventurous programming. His K-State ensembles have performed by invitation at the ACDA National Conference, the NCCO National Conference, and the NAfME National Conference.

In 2026, Joshua served as chorus master of the Kansas City Symphony Chorus for a collaboration with mandolinist Chris Thile and the Kansas City Symphony — preparing the chorus for one of the season’s signature programs.

Across the world
Joshua has guest-conducted, lectured, and adjudicated in Thailand, South Korea (Pohang City Choir, National Chorus of Korea, Catholic University of Korea), Ireland (Artistic Director, Dublin International Choral Festival), the United Arab Emirates, and Singapore — and has led ensemble tours across the United Kingdom (2022), Ireland, France, Italy, Austria and the Czech Republic, and Finland, Latvia, and Estonia (2025).
